In preparation for the book release, I attempted to include the first chapter in the first volume, but it required over 70,000 additional words. Furthermore, to highlight Reia's character and ensure a smooth narrative flow, I rewrote all the descriptive text, which took an unexpectedly long time...

I imagine many of you have forgotten what this story is about, so I would like to suggest a review of the characters and the plot.

○ A brief summary for those who have forgotten the story

Philip, the heir of a ducal family, unilaterally breaks his engagement with Reia, the eldest daughter of a baronial family.

Although the accusations that she bullied her sister are baseless, Jill is skilled at gaining sympathy by self-deprecating, and being handsome, Philip completely sided with Jill.

Reia, thinking that a marriage without a solid relationship would not last, readily accepted the engagement break and headed to the forest to fulfill her duties as a saint.

Later, Reia is approached by Eric, the crown prince of the country.

As Reia serves as Eric's guard, she gets to know him and, together, they uncover the masterminds behind the assassination attempts on the crown prince, resolving to cleanse the darkness that has spread throughout the Elscheid Kingdom...

- Background: The twelfth princess of the distant Western Empire of Ren, she fled to Elscheid after being caught in a succession conflict.

- Abilities: Strongest in physical strength. Uses a technique called "fa jin" from Ren's martial arts, converting the power of the earth into energy.

- Relationships: Like Johan, she is Eric's guard and a colleague to Reia.

- Appearance: Black twin-tails.

I am considering including several independent episodes between the first and second chapters as side stories.

Since it has been a while since the last update, I thought it would be a good idea to review the characters first.

After that, I plan to write episodes about the Elscheid Kingdom after the abolition of privileges, Eric and Reia's marriage, and the succession to the throne.

I will do my best to bring this story to a conclusion, so please look forward to it.
